Q: I had my Visitor Permit approved but it’s disappeared; what should I do?
A: You may have cancelled your Visitor Permit instead of ending the visitor session. Please login to your account and reapply for a Visitor Permit on the “Apply for Permits” page.
To end a visitor session, click the “Stop Session” button found beside each active visitor session. Clicking the “Cancel Permit” button will delete the entire Visitor Permit from your account. You can view a video on starting and stopping visitor sessions on the Visitor Parking page on this site.
