Q: How do I start a session for my visitors?
A: A resident must start a visitor session on behalf of the visitor when they park in the restricted zone. The resident can start the visitor session by:
- Using the online permit management system
- Phoning in to our 24-hour voicemail at 403.537.7000
When the visitor leaves, the resident can either stop the session or wait for it to expire. If the resident forgets to stop the session, it will automatically expire in two weeks.
