Q: How long can my visitor use my electronic permit?

A: Visitor sessions may be activated online for up to two weeks at a time.

Visitor permits are not intended for long-term use. If a visitor to your residence requires the use of your visitor permit on a continual or near-continual basis, we ask that you contact the Calgary Parking Authority by phone at 403.537.7000 or email cparpp@calgaryparking.com to discuss long-term use requirements and options.
