Q: I live in a residence that has multiple units in it that share the same address. How will the visitor permits be allocated?
A: Each resident at a qualifying address is able to apply for access to the residence’s visitor permits. If the address you live in has multiple units that share the same address, the visitor permits need to be shared between all residents in the dwelling. The residents are responsible for finding a solution that works best for them. Each resident that provides the required documentation will have the ability to start and stop visitor sessions from their account. A maximum of two consecutive visitor sessions can be started for one address.
