Q: If everything is done electronically, how can I show you my documentation?
A: Residents using the online management system will upload a digital copy (gif, jpg, jpeg, tiff, png or pdf) of their documentation to their account for review by our customer service representatives.
If you do not have access to the internet, you can either come into our office with your documentation or mail or fax us a copy of your required documentation in advance and then call us to set up your account on your behalf.
