Q: If I don’t have access to the internet how do I start a session for my visitor?
A: Residents without access to the internet can activate a visitor session by using the phone-in option to start a visitor session 24/7. You will be asked to leave a message with your address, the licence plate of your visitor, the date and time that you would like the session to start and your phone number. If you have an account but aren’t able to access the internet at the time, please also leave the email address that is on your account.
To start a visitor session, call 403.537.7000, press “1” for Residential Parking Permits and then press # to leave a message. A representative will then start your visitor session. You will only receive a call back if further information is required.
