A: It is not our intent to put the responsibility of enforcement on the resident. With the implementation of the online system, ParkPlus automated enforcement vehicles regularly drive through each residential parking zone which provides a consistent and efficient approach to enforcing these areas. The vehicles can cover a much larger area faster than we could ever cover on foot using our enforcement officers, so it greatly reduces the need for residents to call in and report vehicles. However, our Customer Solutions Centre is still available to enable residents to report vehicles.
